Signatories: Syria, Luxemburg, Venezuela, Australia,Thialand, Pakistan.
Expressing grave concerns over all kinds of violence against women
whether it be sexual violence, female genital mutilation, objectification of
women, and torture against women, rape, abduction and killing.
Deploring the humanitarian crisis prevalent in armed conflicts and
addressing it by developing the framework emphasizing on R.A.I.N
a) Rehabilitation
b) Awareness
c) Investigation
d) NGOs
This framework to be assisted by the United Nations Peacekeeping Missions
and humanitarian bodies such as UNDP, UNESCO, WHO etc,
Recognizing the exploitation of women during wars conflicts especially
during wars in Palestine, Nigeria, Syria, Iraq, Yemen and Pakistan,
Emphasizing on the implementation of the past UN Resolutions UNSCR
1235 2000 ,UNSCR 1820 2009, UNSCR 1888 and UNSCR 1889,
Considering the need of accountability of all forces, countries and
organizations, who have committed war crimes in the past against women
which include holding accountable the following in the International Court
of Justice and International Criminal Court respectivel,
Emphasizing the need of increasing women participation in armed conflicts
in the following ways,
a) Provision of defensive military training for all women in the world,
b) Induction of Tactical and Rescue training in the course outlines in
educational institutions, UNSECO and other UN bodies to carry out
implementation,
c) Induction of women for spying purposes,
d) Induction of women for rescue training operations including medical
and nursing operations during armed conflicts,
e) Increasing the role of women in administrative posts including
presidential offices,

f) Increasing the role of women in motivational posts,


g) Increasing the role of women in nations military with certain
restrictions like their own consent under cultural constraints,
h) Increasing the role of women in senior management,
