The learners were being introduced to the concept of PATTERNS. The learners
were engaged quickly - you did very well eliciting responses from the learners
using Q & A. Good job getting the young learners to the board to give examples
of the patterns this worked great and the learners performance demonstrated
the effectiveness of the activity.
Strengths of the lesson:

Rapport with learners

Voice projection
Classroom management - good job managing the limited number of iPads
Scaffolding - excellent reinforcement. With encouraging comments

Areas for development:

Continue working on modelling the correct language.
