ask a few questions about the video.
VII.
Instructional Plan:
1. I will ask the students what the opposite of a bully is.
2. We will come to the conclusion that it is either a buddy or a friend.
3. I will pass around sheets of paper and in groups they will come up with action words that
describe a buddy.
4. I will pass around cut-out hearts that they can write their words on with markers and
crayons.

5. Each table will take turns to glue their hearts on the poster that says, Be A Buddy Not A
Bully!
IX.
Conclusion:
Once the students are done, ask them what they would do if they see someone
getting bullied. Together we come up with an action plan. I will then hand out bullying
contracts and we will read it together. The students will then sign it and bring it home to
show their parents.
