This Memo serves as written notice to John Doe. The National Security
Administration has made a decision to take disciplinary action regarding Mr.
John Doe`s inability to perform his job on the threat intelligence team.
The National Security Administration has decided that you will go through
four training courses for The Threat Intelligence Team. The four courses will
include:
Information sharing on social media
Transportation of data across the network
Professionalism
Information gathering
These courses will strengthen your understanding of your job function. They
will also explicitly show you the importance of your role on the rest of the
business. The courses will help you develop the necessary skills to perform
your job responsibilities on a daily basis.
It is with sincere hope that this re-education of your job responsibilities is
met with your understanding. We hope that you will look at this as a way to
become better at performing your job functions and look at this as a chance
to better understand the technology available. This memo serves as your
second warning with regards to the performance of your job. Due to
company policy your next infraction will result in a settlement letter. You of
course have the right to appeal this decision. If you have any further
