Reentry Services December 9, 2016 Dear Sir/Madam: 1am writing on behalf of Nicole Patton, whom I had under my supervision during the Fall Semester of Guided Practicum, at the Philadelphia Reentry Service Center, operated by GEO Reentry Services. Ms. Patton has requested I detail her leadership qualities and experience during her time of site supervision. Ms. Patton assisted management at the Reentry Services Center, providing Day Reporting and Workforce Development care for reentrants referred by the Pennsylvania Department of Correction and Board of Probation and Parole. Ms. Patton worked collaboratively to grow the staff and enhance their development. She worked diligently in our efforts to provide evidence-based practice driven treatment and oversaw staff in ensuring our performance was consistent with the expectation of the Commonwealth. Lastly, Ms. Patton led several leadership and management duties. Examples include: financial performance review and reporting, by way of monthly reports, stakeholder relations meetings, assistance in marketing materials, including development of quarterly newsletters, strategic planning through development of quarterly goals attributed to financial, customer, internal process, and learning/growth perspectives. It was my experience that Ms, Patton takes a serious approach to challenges she seeks and strives to achieve high marks in all endeavors. 1 trust whatever she puts her skills towards, those around her will benefit.
