I am very happy to have a chance to write this reference letter about Alissa.

I worked with her as a co-teacher for a year at Yangsan Jungang Middle School
three years ago. I moved to Sinju Middlde School in Yangsan this year but I still
remember the year when we worked together.
Even though it was the first time for her to teach students English, she coped
with the difficulties very fast with her great effort and she did very good job.
Above all, she really enjoyed teaching with her great effort. She always did her
best. I think she has efficiency and enthusiasm for teaching. She put different
types of teaching materials to each lesson like games, pop songs, movie clips,
pictures etc. I really appreciate her much efforts to prepare those materials for
students. She was very good at motivating skills to have students speak in English
and have them take part in the class voluntarily. They really enjoyed her class.
She made the students feel happy and confident.
Her friendliness and familiarity was helpful in teaching. She always communicated
with students friendly. The students had chances to practice their speaking ability
in and out of the class. She had a good relationship with the students. So the
students liked her very much.
She also had good relationships with the co-teachers. We talked about the lessons
and other topics a lot. When she had problems in teaching and dealing with bad
mannered students, She worked on shares with us and tried to solve the problems
wisely. She listened to the co-teachers advices and seniors idea.

She was also

good teacher of the co-teachers. We practiced English on her. We learned from

each other. We kept great partnership.
Its not easy for foreigner to teach English in Korea. But she did very good job in
the role of facilitator. She always tried to be focusing on her job. Her excellent
kindness was very helpful in teaching the students. She tried to be a good
teacher. I am sure she will be a good teacher.
