JURY TRIAL OUTLINE

1. Zelhi is one of the biggest states in terms of population and area in the nation of Indomania. It is
the most prosperous and richest in resources especially Uranium in the southern parts, it also has the
biggest nuclear plant in the world. However, in the year 2000 there were huge political disturbances
in Z which led to violent riots with death toll in the thousands. The chief architect of the riots was
allegedly Mr. John Cena, the richest industrialist in Zelhi, but there has been no evidences or charges
filed against him. Moreover, there have been allegations of corruptive practices against Mr. Cena but
no concrete evidence has ever been found against him. The CBI has been on his tail. Mr. Cena is
involved in all forms of business activities ranging from schools to liquor stores. He along with Mr.
Kane Lannister runs a company, GRM, involved in import and export of Nuclear Products including
but not limited to the chemical elements, compounds, ions, hardware for reactors and many other
related products.
2. Mr. Jignesh Lannister, The Chief Minister of Zelhi since 2001, has been in a constant war of
words with Mr. Cena and has on multiple occasions allegated Mr. Cena for killing thousands by
causing riots in the Zelhi and has also alleged him of indulging in corruptive practices. He has been a
vocal supporter of solidarity, secularism, peace and domestic production of goods due to which he
gained huge support from the people of Zelhi who made him their CM but he has received many

threats from foreign exporters and importers for his policies. Mr. Jignesh Lannister has often had
heated arguments with his brother Mr. Kane Lannister over his involvement with Mr. Cena.
3. On 30th December 2015, Mr. Jignesh Lannister had a scheduled meeting with the business
representatives of Mr. Cena to discuss trade related issues involving a ban on liquor which was
causing huge losses to Mr. Cena. The meeting was scheduled to take place at the house of Mr.
Jignesh Lannister. Mr. Jignesh Lannister had breakfast with Mr. Shawn Michaels and lunch with Mr.
Ric Flair to discuss the terms which did not go as planned by Mr. Cena and Mr. Jignesh decided to
continue the ban on liquor. He had dinner with his family including his wife, Mrs. Sonia, his two
sons Paul and Mike and his brother Mr. Kane.
4. Suddenly during early morning of 31st December 2015, Mr. Jignesh Lannister started feeling ill
and his eyes were bloodshot, he was vomiting and he was running a high fever after which he was
taken to the nearby Mayapuri Hospital where he was admitted. The doctors ran some diagnostic tests
but to no avail; his condition started to deteriorate rapidly. He began to show symptoms such as
nausea and vomiting and headache coupled with high fever and seizures and was unable to walk after
sometime. The doctors further observed symptoms of skin infection which was identified by studying
a transient and inconsistent redness and severe itching; subsequently by the next morning the doctors
observed blisters and ulcers all over the skin of Mr. Jignesh Lannister, they also observed alarming
hair loss. However, the doctors could not narrow down to the cause of these symptoms and hence no
treatment was given to Mr. Jignesh Lannister; he lost consciousness soon after.
5. By 3rd January 2016, the medical condition of Mr. Jignesh Lannister had gone worse and it was
then that the doctors suspected skin infection and began to run tests but to no avail. Mr. Jignesh
Lannister was slowly dying each day, the doctors were still unsure of the cause; his body was quickly
withering away. By now this had become a national issue and the whole of Indomania and major
parts of the world were following the case.
6. On 4th January, one Dr. Bharat Bhushan, an expert Oncologist and a Radiologist was invited by
Mayapuri Hospital to what was now quite rapidly killing Mr. Jignesh Lannister. He prima facie
observed Cutaneous Radiation Syndrome symptoms and he performed some tests and concluded that
Mr. Lannister was exposed to radiation in huge amounts. The initial diagnosis was the Mr. Lannister
was exposed to Thallium generally found in rat poison. Dr. Bhushan was sure by now that Mr.
Lannister was poisoned. He was given Potassium Iodide by Dr. Bhushan which improved his

condition slightly. On 7th January, Mr. Lannister regained consciousness and was informed of his
situation, he then called for an immediate press release in which he spoke his last words: At this moment, it is very important to say few words to my family and for the one
responsible for my situation. I love my family and they shouldnt be saddened because their loved
one was killed by a man who is so sinful that even the Devil feels short in front of him. My family and
kids should be brave and proud because I died defending the country from people who want people
intoxicated for their own greed. Many have tried to silence me by threats but this person has tried to
silence me forever. Mr. Cena you may silence me, kill me, but the echoes of the deeds you have done
will resonate all around the world. You have failed this country. Let this be an awakening to all the
people around the globe. A Lannister always pays his debts and so he has done by dying for the
country he loved; fighting the people who want to bring it down; and that is you Mr. Cena, its you! I
want to reveal.
He couldnt complete his sentence, lost consciousness and was kept in observation.
7. On 7th and 8th January, Dr. Bhushan conducted the Gamma Counting and the Alpha Counting tests
and confirmed that Mr. Lannister was poisoned by Polonium-210, a highly toxic ion of uranium.
However, Mr. Bharat Bhushan could not do much about the situation as Mr. Jignesh was poisoned
with a very lethal dose of around 6 GBq and as such there was no cure, it was too late. Sadly, on 9th
January, Mr. Jignesh Lannister succumbed to his illness and breathed his last. Mr. Bhushan called the
police and registered an FIR based on his tests and the statement made by Mr. Lannister.
8. Given the sensitive nature of the case of murder involving the Chief Minister of Zelhi, and which
could affect many lives due to the poison being of such serious nature, the Central Government
immediately appointed the Central Bureau of Investigation. The CBI led by Mr. Vince started
conducting a detailed investigation against Mr. Cena, Mr. Michaels and Mr. Flair and started tracing
their activities from 27th to 31st December and the CBI with the help of Dr. Bhushan found that Mr.
Michaels and Mr. Flair had handled Polonium during those days; the CBI also found a call record
through their secret informant between the three in which the words accomplish, if not then remove
the target were heard. Traces of Polonium were also found in the room of Mr. Kane but this was
presumed to be non-suspicious because of the presence of Mr. Lannister in the house during dinner.

9. The CBI then arrested Mr. Cena, Mr. Micheals and Mr. Flair for further questioning and produced
them before a magistrate on 11th January whereby they were sent to Police Custody for 8 days and
then went on under judicial custody. All the accused were sent to judicial custody thereafter.
10. On completion of further investigation, the CBI filed the Final Report (Charge sheet) to the
Magistrates Court. The Court took cognizance of the report and thereafter committed the case to the
Court of Sessions. After compliance of the statutory requirements, the Court of Sessions framed
charges against all the accused:

There is to be a joint trial for all the accused.
The laws of Indomania are analogous to the laws of India, however the procedure of jury trial as
per the rules of the competition shall be followed.

IDENTIFICATION MARKS: Black Mole on the Forehead.

REQUISTION RECEIVED ON: 9th January 2016 at 15.30 hours
CLOTHES: White Kurta, white pajama, white vest, black boxers, Hawaii chappal.
PATHOLOGICAL DIAGNOSIS:
Adult male suffered severe tissue damage and degeneration which led to multiple organ failure.
The following viscera were preserved and sealed and sent for detailed chemical examination:
a. Stomach and its contents;
b. Upper part of the small intestine (about 30 cm in length and its contents)
c. Liver not less than half kilogram;
d. Half of each kidney;
e. 100ml blood; and
f. Heart.
g. Bone Marrow (50 gms)
EXTERNAL EXAMINATION:
The Body is that of an adult male measuring 180 cms and weighing 85 kgs. The body is degenerated
and the skin is falling apart. The body is covered with bruises, fresh and around 5 or 6 days old. The
scalp is round, no hair present. The nose is long. The mouth is red; the lips have almost fallen apart.
The tongue is damaged with the muscle degraded. Total no. of teeth present are 22, the gums indicate
that teeth have fallen in the past 4 to 5 days. The ears are falling apart. Nails were also not present.

The corneas are cloudy and the irises grey. The skin on the neck is also falling out. Identifying marks
include a black mole on the forehead. The body is in state of total cell tissue damage.
EVIDENCE OF INJURY
There is no visible physical injury.
INTERNAL EXAMINATION
Head and Neck: Brain weighs 1350 grams. There no injuries, severe tissue damage observed.
Cardiovascular System: The heart weighs 450 grams and is arrhythmic, a large chunk of the heart is
damaged, cell tissues degraded.
Respiratory System: The Right lung weighs 510 grams and left weighs 490 grams, cell damage
consistent with other organs.
Digestive System and Liver: The stomach contains fresh food particles, which includes fruit and
rice. The liver weighs 1600 grams. The gallbladder contains 9cc of bile. The liver and the gallbladder
have intense tissue damage. The pancreas is also damaged structurally otherwise unremarkable.
Genitourinary System; The right and left kidney weighs 150 and 170 grams respectively. The
calyces, pelvis and ureters are patent and unremarkable. The urinary bladder contains approximately
756 cc of urine.
The intestines are severely damaged. The spinal cord is intact but decaying. The viscera have been
preserved.
POSTMORTEM CONCLUDED AT:
9th January 2016 at 1900 hours
OPINION:
Death caused due to multiple organ failure, possibly triggered by poison targeting the cell tissues.
Body organs removed and were sent for detailed examination.

FORENSIC REPORT
Examinations requested:
1. Stomach and its contents;
2. Upper part of the small intestine (about 30 cm in length and its contents)
3. Liver not less than half kilogram;
4. One kidney or half of each;
5. 100ml blood; and
6. Heart.
7. Bone Marrow (50 gms).
Examination of the heart:
The heart is structurally damaged and was approximately working at 18% capacity; severe tissue
damage is present indicative of internal bombardment to the cell tissues. The Arteries are damaged as
well. Traces of Polonium found.
Examination of the Digestive System and the Liver:
The liver and the gallbladder have intense tissue damage. The stomach is falling apart. The cell
structure has completely disintegrated. It is indicative of the fact that the alpha particles were
absorbed and ingested into the body through the digestive tract, i.e. via food. The intestines show
total damage. Traces of Polonium found.
Examination of the Blood:
High level of Polonium-210 ranging from 1.5 to 1.7 GBq Approx has been detected along with high
level of toxins. Potassium levels are 2.5 mmol/l (millimoles per litre) has been detected. MicroDNA
floating around the blood is also detected confirming ion poisoning by Polonium-210.
Examination of Bone Marrow:
The Stroma of the Bone Marrow shows total degradation in concentrated amounts, colony
stimulating factor function is zero. The White Blood Cell generation has stopped since the past 3 to 4
days leading to cell tissue damage all over the body. Traces of Polonium ranging from 0.8 to 1 GBq
found.
Examination of Kidneys:
Cell tissue damage is consistent with other organs. Kidney functioning is zero.
Conclusion:
Death has been caused due to Polonium-210 poisoning, indicated by a huge amount of Polonium-210
found in the body. The amount of Polonium-210 found is more than 300 times the amount an average

human body can handle. Polonium-210 contains alpha particles which are not capable of penetrating
the skin or the organs from outside but if it is ingested or injected into the body or to the blood, it can
cause great cell tissue damage by small bombardments within the organs. Looking at the rate of
transfusion and spread of Polonium through the body, it can be concluded that Polonium was
ingested orally in a liquid which could either be tea or water. It first attacked the Red Blood Cells and
then eventually damaged the cell tissues all over the body by destroying the Bone Marrow. The
fatality rate in this quantity of Polonium is about 99%.
This led to a multiple and complete organ failure.

STATEMENT OF WITNESSES
(Statements recorded under section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973)
PW-1 Dr. BHARAT BHUSHAN:
I am a registered medical practitioner and have been in practice for the past 20 years. I am an
oncologist and a radiologist. I have travelled the world to cure radiation exposure and I am proud to
say that I have saved hundreds of lives. I am a Zelhite and was a great admirer of the work of Mr.
Lannister, so when I saw what was happening to him on the news and I got a call from the Mayapuri
Hospital to seek my help; I came rushing back to Zelhi from Bautralia where I was attending a
conference.
When I finally saw Mr. Lannister, all my fears and apprehensions came true; I was quite positive that
he is suffering from Radiation Exposure. I immediately advised everyone around to wear radiation
suits. I concluded that Mr. Lannister was exposed to radiation by looking at his skin; there were
blisters and ulcers all over, a large portion of the skin on his back had fallen out leaving him bruised
which was further deteriorating his condition. Mr. Lannister was unconscious since the past few
days. I was further informed that he had been showing other acute symptoms such as a very high
fever, vomiting, nausea, severe and excruciating headache along with hair loss. Nobody who saw
him 5 or 6 days prior would have recognized him, such was his condition. His was dying fast, really
fast..
Nevertheless, to be absolutely sure, I conducted the standard hematopoietic system test also known
as the genetic indicator test on Mr. Lannister and seeing the huge amounts of his genes floating in his
blood known as microDNA, I was deadly sure that he was exposed to radiation. Sadly, I, at that
moment could not figure out as to which ion or element he had been exposed to and more
importantly how. But, I was determined to save his life so I immediately put him on Filgrastim,
Sargramostim and Pegfilgrastim to help boost his WBCs. I also administered Potassium Iodide to
him to stop further absorption of the radiations. His condition saw slight improvement with his Bone
Marrow getting better and also the radiation levels getting lower, to me this indicated Thallium
exposure which is commonly found in Rat Poison; by now we all suspected that he was definitely
poisoned.
Mr. Lannister then regained consciousness and I informed him of his condition and explained to him
what the future risks were and told him that the chances of him surviving were not that great

especially since we could not figure out the Ion or element with which was deteriorating his
condition and I also informed him of the fact that he was poisoned. I urged him to try and remember
as to how or who poisoned him... he suddenly got into a rage and demanded that he wanted to
address the media.
I heard the statement he made, I saw his reaction; such a brave man! When Mr. Lannister mentioned
Mr. Cena, it immediately hit me that Mr. Cena is the biggest exporter of Nuclear Products and
virtually runs the Zelhi Nuclear Plant. I immediately rushed back to the ICU where Mr. Lannister
was kept and ran a Gamma Counting Test on him to check the Gamma Radiation in his body. But to
my dismay, there were no spikes indicating a gamma poisoning, however there was an unknown
spike which I couldnt figure out. I did extensive research on the report and to my horror I found out
that the unknown spike was indicative of increased Alpha Rays in the body of Mr. Lannister. I then
conducted the Alpha Counting Test which showed that Mr. Lannisters body was full of alpha
particles which were destroying his body. On further tests, I concluded that he was exposed to
Polonium 210, a very rare and an even more lethal ion of Uranium. 1 gram of

million people and would in all probabilities kill about half of them. I tested the family of Mr.
Lannister and found little traces of Polonium but not in harmful quantities as they would flush out of
their systems in a day or two, nevertheless I kept them under observation, they were fine.

PO ingestion of 1-3 GBq or more, is likely to lead to death within a few weeks, assuming 10%

absorption to blood (0.1 - 0.3 GBq). According to my tests, Mr. Lannister was ingested with about 6
GBq, a very lethal dose and his blood showed around 0.9-1 GBq. On reaching the bloodstream, it
rapidly deposits in major organs and tissues including the liver, kidneys and bone marrow. The
intense alpha radiation within these tissues results in massive destruction of living cells, leading to a
rapid decline in health. Death would eventually result from multiple organ failure. Remedial medical
treatment strategies are unlikely to be successful once significant amounts of

blood stream and deposited in tissues, within a few hours of ingestion. This is exactly what happened
to Mr. Lannister and he sadly breathed his last on 9th January around 11:30 am. As duty bound, I
called up the Police and informed them of the situation upon which they registered an FIR which I
signed. I also advised all the Police Officers to be careful and wear Radiation Suits.
I cant believe that someone wanted to kill Mr. Lannister!
Oh! And another important thing, 210PO has a half-life of about 138 days and a very distinct feature it
possesses is that it leaves behind a trail, a path which can indicate the paces through which it passes

or has passed, you can use this to identify the source from which Polonium may have travelled and I
offer you my help in tracing this path, I want Mr. Lannisters killers to be nabbed.
PW 2: Mr. Kane Lannister
My name is Mr. Kane Lannister. I am the brother of Mr. Jignesh Lannister. He was my idol while
growing up. He had his priorities and principles defined and always lived upto them. He used to
always tell me that Every time someone tries to bring you down dont worry it means you are
rising above him. Well I am totally filled with rage and sadness and going through a lot right now
and I keep asking myself as to why would anyone kill my dear brother. Yes, he has had many people
against him because he stood up to what was wrong but to kill him is something unfathomable. He
always despised Mr. Cena and Mr. Cena despised him, he had often told me that he wanted to get rid
of my brother. My brother knew something about Mr. Cena and though he had many sources but
none so concrete to prove that the riots in the year 2000 were done by Mr. Cena. There were many
feuds between them related to the riots, the liquor-ban and many more but he had it with others too
and with people more powerful than Mr Cena.
My brother showed unconditional love towards his family. He used to tell me to stand up on my own
feet and then the satisfaction of it would be immense. It was sometimes frustrating also because he
could have helped me a lot being in the political atmosphere but he did nothing. All I have achieved
is on my own. I am proud of myself and sometimes didnt want brother impose such restrictions as
he did in my area of work.
I have a vast interest in physics and chemistry. I did my PHD from Paltech University and am well
qualified. Since in our State we have a major nuclear power plant I first worked there and then Mr.
Cena offered me a position and an offer I could not refuse. I am working with him for almost 5 years
now. My brother was very apprehensive towards my job because of my relation with Mr. Cena. He
used to tell me I was being used by him and he is an evil man who would not stop at anything; not
even for a few bucks. I did not like that.
In this tussle my brother did recognize my passion for the work I did but he wasnt always
appreciative of my abilities but always in good spirit and thats why in the end, we would have drinks

I had dinner with him and his family on 30th December, 2015. And just the next morning he started to
fall ill. I just cant express on how saddened I am with his death. As per the traces in my room, we

live in the same house and he came into my room that day to tell me to stay away from Mr. Cena as
he found something against him today and it was only a matter of time that the truth will come out.
Please find the person responsible for this. I will not rest until they are found. If they can be found.
PW 3: Ms. Soniya Lannister
I am Mr. Jignesh Lannisters wife. We were married for 14 years. He was a man of great principles
and a very kind soul. He always stood by the truth and also believed in the triumph of righteousness,
this often got him into trouble. He was threatened quite often via phone, texts, letters and what not.
But I always thought that these are mere threats and they mean nothing. Little did I know that he
wont be anymore, that he would be poisoned, that he would be killed and that I would become a
widow. Whoever did this must be given the strictest of the punishments. My husband suffered so
much in these past few days. I couldnt even bear to see him in such a state; he was slowly turning
into a ghost. On the night of 31st December, he had his last meal with us; I couldnt spend much time
during the day with him because he was busy in some meetings as he usually was. After dinner, he
went to Kanes room and returned quite worried. I asked him as to what was worrying him so much
to which he told me that, Soniya, today i got to know something which if revealed will destroy our
close family of five, it will destroy my relationship with my dear brother, but it has to come out...
Goodnight, my love. And those were the last words he said to me.
DW 1: Mr. John Cena
My name is Mr. John Cena. I have been in the business of import and export and various industrial
relations with people all over the world. From the year 2000, there have been many vocal allegations
in the media especially with the late Honble CM but they have been mere allegations and no
evidence has ever come forth pointing towards my involvement at all. I am a businessman and I just
run my business, I neither have the time nor the energy to give response to those allegations. Mr.
Jignesh Lannister had been placing all these allegations on me with no basis at all. Nonetheless, I had
no personal feud with him. In fact, I had been trying to keep an amicable relation with Mr. Jignesh
Lannister because of many business ties with the state of Zelhi. He has been a help and yes
sometimes my business has had a setback but the law is the law and being an ardent citizen I have
been always a model citizen.
As regards the day of 30th December 2015, I had arranged a meeting with Mr. Jignesh Lannister via
E-mail, as I was out of Country since 28th December 2015, I asked two of my representatives Mr.

Shawn Michaels and Mr. Ric Flair to meet the Late Honble CM; one for breakfast and the other for
lunch with both having different agendas, Mr. Shawn was to discuss on Liquor Ban and Mr. Flair
regarding the import of Liquor which we had already ordered and were seeking permission to allow
it to enter Zelhi. I returned to Indomania on the 5 th of January 2015. On the 6th and this I remember
clearly because when the Late Honble CM gave that statement to the public, I was taken aback on
why he would think that I would stoop to such a low level for a few bucks. I was utterly shocked
when Mr. Lannister named me and again alleged that it was I who had poisoned him! I have no
knowledge as to how Mr. Lannister was poisoned with Polonium-210 neither do I know how it left a
trace on my employees.
I know I am one of the biggest traders in nuclear products in the World but there is another CoOwner who has a lot to gain from Mr. Lannisters death than me. I think you should question the
other Lannister and not me. He is the one who deals with the export of Polonium Discs and not me. I
will now talk only when my lawyer is here, I have told you what I know.
DW 2: Mr. Shawn Michaels
Well, I have been working with Mr. John Cena for quite sometime now, roughly around 3-4 years. I
am the COO of the QueenFisher Liqour Company. On the 30th of December, 2015 we had a prearranged meeting which was fixed by Mr. Cena. I was to have deliberations with Mr. Jignesh
Lannister to discuss the Liqour Ban on how the economy is also getting affected and almost everyone
is having it illegally; so its just a name sake ban. Anyhow I was to discuss on these topics. We met
at his house for breakfast around 930 am. We had some fruits and toast and thats about it. We
deliberated on how we could come to an arrangementbut he refused to budge.
The media has covered it extensively. But it was quite apparent that Mr. Jignesh Lannister had put
some serious allegations on Mr. Cena. What is true I dont know. I am just a business person who
does his job dedicatedly. I have, nor had, anything to do with this, neither in the feud between Mr.
Cena and Mr. Lannister nor with the death of the Late Honble CM. I am innocent. I deny the call
recording which you are telling me about; we never had a conference call in the past month or so.
Which disc are you talking about? Neither do I know about the poisoning nor the trail which you all
claim to be. But now that I think of it, if there is a trail, I demand to be checked for the poisoning! I
must have also got exposed to this thing you are talking about at his home. And I dont want a
horrific death! I want to live!

DW-3: Mr. Ric Flair I have almost crossed 60 years of age now and have been in the business realm for over 30 years.
First, I was in the largest multi-national corporation, MTC. I was the GM there. Then due to my vast
experience around 10 years back, Mr. Cena approached me to become MD in his Liqour Chains like
QueenFisher, Luborg, Minekin, etc. I joined and have been looking after the imports/exports and
various other aspects you would not be interested in knowing.
So, lets come to the point. On 30th December 2015 I met with Late Honble CM for lunch on the
instructions of Mr. Cena. Now, being as old as I am, many few people can be like this I eat a lot and
keep myself healthy and fit. We had a proper meal. Being a CM he treated me nicely with various
exotic dishes. Well you wouldnt wanna know that either. Moving on, I had good lunch. We sat
down to talk on how we could come to an arrangement for the imports of liquor which we had
already purchased and was just sitting outside the borders of Zelhi
If you think I have anything to do with this, my answer is I am way too old and not at all stupid to
kill a CM that too on the same day when I have a scheduled meeting with him. I have seen and faced
much severe feuds in my lifetime. I know nothing of the call record; Mr. Cena never said these
words. I think this is just a needle in a haystack, kid. Anything more? Feel free to ask and if not, let
me go. I dont want to spend a single moment in this rotten cell.
DW-4: Mr. Sheldon Kapoor
I am the Chief Secretary of the Chief Minister, sorry. I was. He was a man of great integrity and
principles. I have never seen a man with so sound morals. Yes, he was quite vocal against Mr. Cena
which I sometimes found odd but knowing Mr. Lannister, there might be some truth in that.
I had arranged the late Honble CMs meeting with the representatives of Mr. Cena via E-mail, I
believe on the 28th of December. It was pertaining to some business issues regarding the ban on
liquor which Mr. Lannister had imposed. He had received multiple threats after he had imposed this
ban.
On 30th December, I was at the residence of Mr. Lannister and I attended the meetings he had with
Mr. Michaels and Mr. Flair. I also arranged the meals for the meeting. I did not see any of the two
mixing anything with the food that Mr. Lannister was eating, infact they were eating quite amicably.
I had served toast, fruits, eggs and bacon along with tea, coffee and some lemonade; I do not
remember as to exactly what they ate. For lunch, I had served chicken tikka masala, naan bread, daal

makhani followed by Dal Halwa and the meal ended with tea coffee and lemonade; Mr. Lannister
was an avid tea consumer, he would have about 10 cups of tea a day and smoked at least two packs a
day. I did not find anything suspicious in the behavior of either Mr. Michaels or Mr. Flair. No, I have
never met any of the two before.
On the home front, everything was pretty good between the Lannisters, but I do remember occasional
verbal fights and arguments between Mr. Kane and Mr. Jignesh, it was always related to Mr. Kanes
involvement with Mr. Cena.
DW-5- Dr. Kriti JolieMy name is Dr. Kriti Jolie. I am a Nuclear Scientist in the major nuclear power plant in the State of
Zelhi. I deal day in day out with radioactive chemicals. The effects of which can be very high if
proper care and caution is not taken. The awareness of a person has to be at the top. Speaking of
Polonium-210, it is a highly radioactive element with no stable Isotopes. Anyone who carries it or is
in direct or indirect contact with it has to be extremely, and I accentuate, extremely careful! I have
seen with my own eyes two-three deaths due to accidents in our laboratory and I am deeply affected
by them. The maximum safe body burden of polonium is only 7 picograms. Yes, handling of it is
very easy because alpha-particles are easily stopped by a mere sheet of paper, handling a polonium
compound does not present a serious risk to a person. But yes the effects due to inhaling it even for a
breath while handling the element can pose a serious risk and the person would fall ill for weeks to
come.
DW-6: Mr. Ryan Shah
I am the COO in the Nuclear Plant which is owned by the state of Zelhi. We produce about 90% of
the legally available Polonium-210 and all of it goes to the nation of Tesla. Their Companies acquire
through a single authorized supplier which is Mr. Cena and Mr. Kane Lannister. About 85 grams
(450,000 Ci) is produced by us annually.

14. Brief Facts of the case:
(i) On 30th December 2015, the deceased Mr. Jignesh Lannister met with Mr. Shawn Michaels for
breakfast and Mr. Ric Flair for lunch to discuss terms regarding some business transactions which I
later came to know was regarding the Liquor Ban which was imposed by the deceased in the state of
Zelhi. While having the breakfast and the lunch meeting with the deceased; the Accused No.2 or 3
mixed Polonium 210 into the tea/water which the deceased was drinking at that time. This is
confirmed by the FSL report attached herein. The accused brought this poison with them to the
meeting and as the result of the meeting was unfavourable, they killed the deceased. The deceased
died due to multiple organ failure upon such administration. Mr. Lannister addressed the media on 7th
January 2016 and stated that it was Mr. John Cena who poisoned him through his employees, these
were his last words and it in effect his dying declaration. The said dying declaration was made to the
public and this is the main basis on which I have based my investigation.
(ii) I proceeded to the spot when I was informed that I am being appointed to this case. I then sent the
body for Post-mortem and recorded the statements of the persons present there who were relevant to
the case. Then I proceeded to the House of the deceased where I searched the house and picked up
evidences which were believed to be contaminated by Polonium-210 on guidance of Dr. Bharat
Bhushan.

(iii) Dr. Bharat Bhushan further informed me about what Polonium-210 is and he further stated that it
leaves a trail wherever it is carried and this trail sustains for about 138 days. So, I along with Dr.
Bharat Bhushan and my officers started searching for a trail and traces of Polonium around the house
through a radiation detector. We found Polonium traces all over the house and I collected certain
items which tested positive for Polonium 210 traces. While searching the house, we found 1 Disc on
which the words Po-210 and Nucleus were written; Dr. Bhushan informed me that Polonium is often
carried in such discs. These items were taken into possession and the list is attached herein as
Annexure- 2. Everything that the deceased had touched at home during that day was contaminated.
While His family would be unable to return to the house till six months. A surprising discovery that
we made was that a distinct trail of Polonium was found from the exit of the house of the deceased to
Bellagio Hotel located around 4 kms from the house of the deceased. On further enquiry, I came to
know that Mr. Michaels and Mr. Flair stayed here from the 27th of December to 31st December 2015.
Traces of Polonium were also found in their rooms. His wife, sons and brother were tested positive
for ingesting polonium but did not leave a secondary trail behind them. This suggested that anyone
who left a trail could not have picked up the polonium from the deceased. This absolutely links them
to the crime.
(iii) I then proceeded to arrest Mr. Cena from his house on 10th January where I found Mr. Michaels
and Mr. Flair; they posed no resistance, I read them their rights and then I recorded their statements
and produced them before the CMM on the 11th of January.
(iv)On further enquiry from the business units of Mr. Cena, I came to know that Mr. Cena had
ordered liquor worth Rs. 42 Crores from the neighbouring states of Zelhi where he also had liquor
production units and that this liquor was sitting outside the borders of Delhi. The liquor ban was
financially affecting Mr. Cena to the tune of a loss of 105 Crores Profit per month due to Zelhi being
his biggest established market. This was his motive to remove the Chief Minister to earn profit. On
13th January, my secret informant handed me a tape recording between Mr. Cena, Mr. Michaels and
Mr. Flair in which the words, accomplish, if not then remove the target were heard.
(v) Mr. Kane further deposed that Mr. Cena had often stated to him that he wanted to kill Mr.
Lannister. Mr. Kane further deposed that the deceased had found something suspicious against Mr.
Cena on the night of 30th December but he didnt know as to what it was as his brother was never
able to speak to him after that fateful day.

(vi) I went to the Zelhi Nuclear Power Plant where I recorded the statements of The COO, Mr. Ryan
Shah who deposed that it was Mr. Cena who used to export Polonium from their plant, he further
submitted a register of issues wherein it was found that an entry of withdrawal of Polonium was
made around 125 days prior to 15th January 2016. I also recorded the statement of Dr. Kriti Jolie who
deposed that Polonium is generally to be carried in safe containers but it could also be carried on a
piece of paper as it is not dangerous to touch. This further establishes as to how the accused carried
the poison to the house of the deceased without it ever being detected.
(vii) Based on the testimonies and the reports which have been attached herewith and the
investigation conducted by me, I submit the following:
a. Mr. Cena was suffering huge economic losses due to the policies of Mr. Lannister and Mr.
Lannister knew some secrets of Mr. Cena which could possibly have destroyed his business empire.
b. Mr. Cena procured Polonium 210 from the Zelhi Nuclear Plant and set up a meeting with Mr.
Lannister. Then, he sent his employees to meet Mr. Lannister and gave them the Polonium which
they were to mix into the food/drinks of Mr. Lannister.
c. Mr. Shawn and Mr. Ric went to the house of the deceased where they met the deceased and
poisoned him.
d. The deceased then died due to this administration of poison.
