The Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency
(BSMEPA) was established in 2004 with the Ministry of Economy and
Energy of the Republic of Bulgaria. BSMEPA is a Government institution

Bulgarian Governments policy for small and medium enterprises (SME).
In this respect the Agency provides to Bulgarian SMEs information

and consulting services, organizes training courses and
implements promotion activities in supporting the increase of
SMEs competitiveness and strengthening their international

The company CompuNet Engineering began its operations in
1999. Recently, the company has significantly increased the activity by

The implemented automation allows controlling the building via
software that is executed on computer, smart phone, tablet or display. If
the system is connected to Internet, the building can be also controlled
remotely. In case of no Internet conection on places where the buildings
are, we can manage them with sending SMS to turn on/off some device

or to get feedback if someone turns on/of our device.
II.
KNX certified training center
By attending the KNX course you get opportunity to acquire

knowledge for the KNX standard, the principles of operation of KNX
devices, programming the same with ETS4 software, the way of
functioning of KNX bus. The training is held in Macedonian or in English
language. Upon finishing training you are awarded:
KNX certificate, which comes from the KNX association from
Brussels;
License for the software ETS lite, by which you can program KNX
devices;
Two times a year, for free, you will receive the magazine KNX
journal;
Data for you and for your company are published on the web site
www.knx.org;
Having right for using of KNX logo.
III. Application software development
We develop specialized application software from various fields
under the needs of the user. The software is developed in accordance
with the ultimate technologies. For development are used JAVA and NET
platforms, for storing data are used PostgreSQL, MySQL and MSSQL,
relational databases. The software can run on Windows or Linux platform
as a Desktop application or the solution can be Web oriented by using
appropriate Application server. Due to the excellent work we won the
trust of numerous public and private clients.
IV. IT Systems maintenance

During IT systems maintenance we undertake all the activities

necessary for proper functioning of the information system of the client.

The maintenance involves resolving all problems occurred, preventive
measures to prevent occurrence of problems and suggestions for
improving the Information system of the user. Thereby it is achieved
information system that provides reliability, availability and integrity of

PELLETS CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEMS
The pellets do not require large area for storage purposes. You can find
them packed in bags at the market, and you can arrange for a truck
delivery.
A pellet reservoir of 83 is sufficient for heating purposes throughout the
year of an individual house occupied by
one family.
An automatic loading system loads the pellets into the stove.
The burning results into ash which is only about 1% of the original
weight of the burnt pellets.
By connecting the pellet boiler to the central heating system, besides of
the provision of extra efficient heating, you shall also provide hot water
for the overall household needs.

Our Business:
OKTA AD Skopje is a sole crude oil refinery in the country with
initial processing capacity of 2.500.000 metric tons per year. It is
being supplied with crude oil through the crude oil pipeline
Thessalonica - Skopje (an investment worth over 100 million US
$), covering all demand for oil products.
Wholesale of petroleum products it is ensure by business
cooperation with more than 110 private petrol stations and 1000
final consumers, private companies and public organizations
(schools, medical centres ...)
Retail network of OKTA its consists of 29 branded petrol
stations, operating under OKTA trademark. OKTA petrol
stations are modern facilities designed to offer the wide range
of services. Apart from selling all types of petroleum products,
they also have mini-markets with a carefully selected
assortment of consumer products, auto cosmetics and OKTA
lubricants for all types of vehicles.

OKTA is the first Refinery in the region which produces fuels only
according the newest European standards for quality of fuels and first of
the Balkan which produces Fuel Oil with 1% max. content of sulphur.

Fuel quality control
Control quality of the products is performed in OKTA laboratory
that is the first laboratory in our country accredited according
the Macedonian standard MKS EN ISO/IES 17025.
Accreditation certificate was given by the Accreditation Institute
of R.M. (IARM) in May 2006, and it was continuously regularly
checked and confirmed.
A complete crude oil and oil products quality control is
performed in modern equipped laboratory in OKTA, and
additional assortment (antifreeze and various types of solvents)
is also analyzed.
All analysis are carried out according to the newest, worlds wellknown methods as ASTM, IP, ISO and EN.
OKTAs laboratory performed all analyses not only for its own
need, but also for other users.

The oil refinery MODRICHA was established in 1954, i.e. than it was
established the chemical craft workshop "Budukjnost", the base of the oil
refinery "Modricha". In the workshop there were five workers, while the
first products were parquet grease, tovotna grease and shoe polishing
paste. The refinery after its establishment has undergone many changes.
In 1957 it changed its name into "Bosnahem" - production of technical
lubricants "Modricha", then it was integrated with the refinery "Brod", by
which it becomes an important factor for the Yugoslav market. The first
motor oils of the family "Optima" and "Maxima" were produced in 1964,
and as part of the HENE (Bosnian and Herzegovinian oil and chemical
industry) it enters six years later. Afterwards, it integrates with the
Sarajevo "Energoinvest", when new facilities for production of base oils
and paraffin were put into operation, and it produced the highest
volume of finished products of 69,373 tons of finished products and
production of 46,000 tons of oil, and there were processed about 70,000
tons of base petroleum stock. The military year of 1992 in the area of the
former Yugoslavia interrupts the dynamic and progressive development
of the oil refinery "Modricha". During the war the total material valuables
were damaged, and the value of the damage was estimated at 45 million
German marks. The consequences from the war decreased the
production to 1.000-2.000 tons of oil annually and many business
partnership being of world class such as Orogil, Golf, Ammoco,
Wintershall etc. were terminated. After the war it was intensified the
capacities of the refinery and the establishment of normal relations in
the work. In the privatization process it was carried out transformation of
the enterprises into joint-stock companies where the largest number
(62.3%) are owned by the state, 13.35% owned by the shareholders

RS has 8.9% of the value and the Fund for Restitution 4.45%. In 2007 it
was performed the privatization of state-owned shares by the Russian
company "Zarubezneft", so that this company owns a 75.65% of the
stakess, and the oil refinery "Modricha" becomes a part of a multinational
company that in our region works through NESTRO Group that besides
the oil refinery includes the Oil Refinery Brod and "Nestro - petrol."
Today, the oil refinery "Modricha" achieves great results and is
considered a leading producer of oil and lubricants in the market of
Bosnia and Herzegovina, so that the requirements of all manufacturers of
motor vehicles and other machinery and equipment, as well as
applicable European standards in the oil industry are taken into
consideration. The Refinery used all the advantages of the NESTRO
Group and is exports 50 percent of the realized production, opening
itself up to the new markets. The significant investments by
"Zarubeznefta", the modern management and professional staff, as well
as the up-to-date technology and products that hold the references of
the world's leading manufacturers of motor vehicles and other
machinery and equipment guarantee the success in the market. The oil
refinery this year has been declared the most successful company in the
Republic of Srpska, which confirms its importance, both today and in the
future.

Valmor Int DOOEL Skopje is a private company founded in December
2008.
The company is focused on representation, sale and service of
equipment for air-conditioning and ventilation from prominent world
producers such as SYSTEMAIR, TRANE, MINIB, MUNTERS, CABERO,
CALMAC.
The equipment is known for its high quality and high efficiency of
exploitation of the energy.

In all segments the air conditioning equipment that we offer is of top

possibility for maintenance and service of the equipment to a longer

The company Vating DOOEL Import-Export Skopje was founded in 1990.
The basic activity of the company is wholesale of cutting, milling
machines, drilling tools, measuring instruments, cutting tools and
equipment, as well as a new program of milling machines of solid
carbide from the program of '' Master'' USA and further offer of the entire
program of hand tools.

Tools with changeable plates from cermets for grinding, milling,
processing of interior and exterior coils, bits for short drills as well as the
latest program of tools for milling asphalt (WIRTGEN) machines and tools
for pressing pills in the pharmaceutical industry.
