doors.

4a1. While looking for your sample, place rack on a table or

ask for assistance. Refer to safe lifting JSA.

3. Open interior door.

4. Pull out metal rack containing
sample boxes.

2ba. Place absorbent bench underpads on floor at base of

freezer.
2c1. Wear protective eye wear and freezer gloves.

5. Place metal rack on table top.

6. Remove sample box.

7. Remove sample from box.
8. Replace sample box.
9. Slide metal rack back into
freezer.
10. Close interior door.
11. Close and lock exterior door.
