Do not attempt to use this equipment without formal instruction/training

The above personal protective clothing and equipment must be worn.
Long hair and loose clothing must be contained by an approved restraint.
Ensure work area is clear before starting.
Ensure the floor area is free from loose ice.
Ensure no water is dripping freely
Ensure no foreign objects are in the ice bin.
Ensure the ice scoop is clean, well maintained and kept on top, not in the
machine.
Mop area if spillages/melted ice occur.
Always use caution wet floors.
Always wipe top clean.
Do not use glass in the machine.

Refer to Safe Work Procedure 39 for cleaning standards instructions.

REPORT ALL FAULTS IMMEDIATELY TO SUPERVISOR
