betterment of our company.
Here are the succeeding plans we should achieve:
1. We should be putting up another branch in
particular areas in Luzon. Ilocos Sur and
Pampanga are two of our targets to put up our
branch with.
2. We should also improve our production by
buying new equipment to fasten our distribution
ways and to be productive.

do to finish these entire maam?
CEO: Very nice question! We should help hand in hand,
as we intensely want to achieve these goals by
dividing our work by each department.

For the finance department you are in charge of

monitoring the inflow and outflow transactions of our
company as well as inventory control, tracking, and
fund raising if you have any plan doing this in the
future
For the production department you are assigned to
report to me the number of products we could produce
each day so we would know how to improve or
increase if we are lacking and when its needed.
For the research and development department - you
are to be mindful about how we are going to improve
our existing products. You are also assigned to lead the
organization to the development of new products and
procedures.
For the purchasing department you are the ones who
will be in charge regarding the acquisitions of the
company such as supplies, services and construction
in support of the operations within the organization.
You are also given the authority to issue invitations to
bid and requests for proposals.
For the marketing department you are assigned to
think of strategies on how we would market our
products to our consumers.
Operations department is in charge of managing our
supply chains and you are also responsible for the
improvement of work flow and internal business
process as well as the development of a project plan,
devising a budget and controlling all our resources.
