4. EMPLOYEE CONVENANTS
During your employment with us, you shall be subject to such rules and regulations of the Company
from time to time at our discretion, whether they are individually notified to you or not.
You shall during your service, devote the whole time to the business of the company as directed by
us and you shall not be interested or employed at any time either directly or indirectly in any other
business whatsoever, as long as you are in our employment. You shall carry out whatever work is
assigned to you by the Company.
You shall furnish at the time of joining clear and unambiguous proof of your qualifications and
professional experience, as applicable.
You shall be responsible for the safekeeping and return is good condition and order all Company
property, which will be in your use, custody or charge.
You shall keep us informed of any change in your personal details within 15 calendar days.
5 PROBATION PERIOD
You will be on probation for a period of three (3) months from the date of your employment with
us, The probation period could be extended for another three (3) moths based on the review of
your performance. Company would issue you the confirmation letter after you complete your
probationary period. There won't be any change in the terms and conditions of employment nor
compensation.
During or at the end of the period of probation, either party giving the other 1 month notice or
basic salary in lieu thereof may terminate your services. The company reserves its right to waive
the notice period.
6 RIGHT OF LAYOFF
‘The Company has the right to lay an employee off without wages in circumstances involving fire,
civil commotion, natural calamities or any other acts of God or any other cause beyond the control
of the Company.
7 TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT
‘The Company may, for Cause, terminate employee's employment immediately upon written notice
to Employee, to be effective upon delivery to the employee in person or to the employee's “Cause”
includes, but is not limited to, theft or misappropriation of customer and /or Company assets or
information, poor or inadequate work performance by employee, excessive tardiness by employee,
disclosure of the company confidential information (including salary related) to any personnel
other than an authorized Company manager, unauthorized discussion of performance related
issues with a customer of the company, or similar detrimental conduct.
