PLACE OF POSTING
You shall ordinarily be required to work at the Companys office in Bangalore and
may be transferred to any other unit/office of the Company or our related and/or
subsidiary Company, situated anywhere in India or abroad, as required by the
exigencies of our business, at the discretion of the Company. While on
employment with us, your services may be utilized in/transferred
to any
department/section depending upon the exigencies of work.
2. REMUNERATION
Your gross compensation will be Rs. 1, 80, 000/-(Rupees One Lakh Eighty
Thousand only) per annum on cost to company basis. This offer is subject to your
producing the supporting documents certifying you qualifications and experience
as indicated in your employment applications. You will also be covered by the
statutory regulations which will be implemented from time to time. Annexure-A

details out the compensation structure.

Your individual remuneration is purely a matter between yourself and the company
and has been arrived on the basis of your job, skills specific background and
professional merit. We expect you to maintain this information and any change made
therein from time to time as personal and confidential.
3. CONFIDENTIALITY
You shall not at any time disclose, divulge or make public, any of the processes,
accounts, transactions and dealings of the Company, whether the same may be
confided in you or become known to you in the course of your service or otherwise.
Without affecting the generality of the above, you shall immediately sign on
agreement called Employees Confidential and Proprietary Information Agreement
which is enclosed with this letter of appointment.
