Ethnography Write-Up
The space that my group and I observed were the basketball courts at the SRC.
Everybody was very cooperative while working on this project which made it easy for us to
make decisions. We were originally going to do the swimming pool, but they majority of the
group decided that the basketball courts would provide us more information to talk about. Marco,
Chris, and Ijon all went to the basketball courts together to observe the space and answer the
questions. I was unable to go with them due to prior commitments, but I went on my own time to
observe the space myself. After they answered the questions, Marco sent them to me where I did
the one-page write up to submit on the Weebly page. After this, Chris was the one who started on
the PowerPoint presentation and he shared it with the rest of us. Chris is the one who contributed
the most on the PowerPoint and Ijon edited the presentation as well. I also edited and revised the
PowerPoint, including some pictures and a new slide at the end. Overall, everybody did a good
job and cooperated well with one another.
