This regular inspection reduces troubles, and thus makes it possible to maintain machine performance. If any trouble is found during maintenance or pection, repair it before starting the machine. Before readjusting or dismantling the machine, always be sure to record the original or prevailing values and conditions. < NOTE > When options are added on the machine, please also observe the list of maintenance checks on each option. 1-1 DAILY MAINTENANCE = Please check the following items every moming before starting the machine. 4) Check with the oil level = Verify the level gauge of oil tank used in the machine and add designated cil a. Spindle cooling unit . Air pressure of lubrication unit . Oil level of lubrication tank 4d. Oil level of coolant oil 2) Check with the Air Regulator - Verify that the setting pressure of air regulator is correct and adjust it correctly, if the setting pressure is different. E.
