Resignation from the post of Vice Chairman and Permanent Member

Dear Sir,
May I take this opportunity to invite your attention on the subject noted above and to say that I want to
resign from the post of vice chairman investment and permanent member due to the following reasons: 1. No improvement in the affairs of PEF as discussed in the annual meeting and the meeting of
executive body held in July and August,2016 respectively has been seen so far.
2. The financial affairs are being dealt without the consent of relevant persons and it seems that
unnecessary expenditure has been made in the past. Moreover it has been observed that nobody
either takes pain or has the time to stream line the financial and organizational matters. As a result
the administrative control has become extremely weak that has put adverse effect on
performance.
3. The office matters looks beyond the control of every one and no effort has been made to improve
the situation despite repeated requests.
4. The decisions of executive body have not been followed in real spirit as a result the forum has
lost its credibility.
In view of the above facts it would be impossible for me to continue my affiliation with PEF Islamabad
because I do not want to the part of autocratic set up becoming the cause of deterioration. As announced
three months earlier in the meeting of Majlis e Aalaheld at Quetta that I would not continue to render my
services to PEF if the improvement in the matters is not brought and that commitment is being fulfilled by
tendering my resignation from Vice Chairman as well the permanent member.

improvement of very beautiful charitable organization.
