Kindly accept this letter as my formal resignation as an Office Engineer at 5S

Development Corporation. My last day is expected to be effective on this day

I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities that I have been given in this post. I
have decided to resign due to some personal reason. My mental health is affected by
the environment of the workplace, which is not fit for my current state, and I’m still
not well-trained during my previous years of studying this profession. I don’t have
much potential to contribute in this company’s needs, and I cannot continue working
without a mentor. It is fine for me to not receive my pay for the second half of the
month. I apologize for not continuing working in this company.

I am thankful for your provisions to us, employees, and for this training. And I want
to express my gratitude for the opportunity you have given to me with my position
as an Office Engineer at your company. I wish you more success with your current
on-going projects. God bless.
