This document summarizes the tasks to be performed for the Project Implementation. It
includes supply, delivery, installation, supervision and commissioning of the works
included in the scope of the project as well as related services and procedures to be
fulfilled to ensure the proper implementation within the planned time schedule.
Main parties involved in the project are Libyana and ZTE. If another party will be
involved as subcontractor or supplier, the responsibility of related supply/task remains
with the main party Libyana or ZTE who requires the involvement of this other party.
