checklist
Before Start
1. Open up top and bottom of audio case
2. Power on booth my switching on power on RackRider box
3. Power on the computer by pushing the power button located on the back of the
computer, under the desk.
4. Lower the projector screen by using the switch in the closet. Leave only a small
back strip on the top of the screen.
5. Turn on the projector by getting on the ladder and pushing the button.
6. Turn on the Confidence monitor by using the button on the side of the TV.
7. Log into the GCYM General account on the computer.
8. Launch ProPresenter.
9. Use Spotify to play pre event music. MAKE SURE TO KEEP IT APPROPRIATE!!!!
10.Put batteries in microphones and test them.
* Please make sure you know what you are doing before adjusting any EQ or
compressor settings!

At end of event

Close ProPresenter
Close Spotify and all other programs
Shut down the computer.
Turn off keyboard and mouse and place them in the bottom drawer of rack.
Lower all faders on the board.
6. Recall the Youth Night scene on the board.
7. Take batteries out of microphones and place them in charger.
8. Open the top rack drawer and put microphones in the proper slots.
9. Lock both drawers.
10. Flip the switch on the RackRider to turn off the booth.
11. Close and latch case on rack.

Throw away all trash and drinks and leave
everything cleaner than it was when you got
there!
