LAPTOP RULES

FOR MORNING:
 Please make sure that your laptop is properly plug in.
 After turning on, please wait patiently for a few seconds/minutes to let your
laptop prepare its system.
 Refresh your laptop first.
 Open the browser, kindly clear history browsing data.
1. Click the three dots at the upper right side or ctrl+H
2. Click “clear browsing data”
3. Click advanced and tick all boxes
4. Click Clear data.
FOR AFTERNOON (AFTER CLOCKING OUT)
 Please click the three dots at the upper right side.
 Click the Settings. On the left side, click Advanced.
 Click the Reset and Clean up. Close all the apps and tabs before shutting
down the laptop.
IF YOUR LAPTOP IS LAG
 Kindly close all the tabs in your browser.
 Please refresh and wait patiently for a few seconds/minutes.
 Open the browser and clear the browsing history.
 If the problem persists, please close all the apps and tabs, and restart your
laptop.
CONNECTION PROBLEM
 Check the router if it’s plug in properly.
 Try to reconnect to another internet connection.
 Keep on refreshing the page.
 If there’s still no internet connection, kindly transfer to the vacant station.
HEADSET PROBLEM
 Kindly check if your headset is properly plug in.
 Try to plug and unplug.
 Check the settings of your sound system of your laptop
1. At the lower right side, please click the sound icon and check if your
headset is your default sound system (i.e., Speakers (Logitech…))
If you can’t see the sound icon. Please proceed to these steps:
1. At the lower left side, please click the windows and click the settings
2. Click the system and find the sound.
3. Check your output and input device if it’s set to your headset.
 Check the volume of your speaker if you can’t hear your student properly.
 Kindly clean the headset before and after using.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
 Kindly avoid opening too many tabs and windows while having a class.
 List of the Vacant Stations can be seen in the white board near at the second glass
door.
 Please shut down your laptop properly.
 Please maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the stations.
 Kindly clean and disinfect the headset before and after using for the hygiene
purposes.
