o Customer first : How we define people that pay policies / We are
here to serve our customer
o Integrity : Speak up if you feel uncomfortable ( doing no business
is better is better than bad business) (Ex: ING : destroy the financial
business even if they were 50 people)
o Courage : Time of transformation and it is better to stay in your
comfort zone

AXA was a Federate model: GIE: Mother legal entity (every legal
entity was independent) this became a problem when technology
appeared Creation of transversal entities like AXA Tech
Central expertise (Global business line) to drive the diversity
of the different entities Generate more complexities
(People start to be overwhelmed with this complexities)
Training programs are offered to all entities

We dont voice enough ourselves

Apart of being payer , can we be a true partner ? ( to prevent the claims)


Few players look to change ( long term vision / Go beyond market

Google / Microsoft/ Facebook : they are our competitors tomorrow : how
can make them our partner today ?
We need young people : grow in start-up way ( only 30 year old)
