Mission Statement
The NSASDs mission Objective is to help people with ADHD diagnosed and undiagnosed.
To help them attain the correct diagnosis without having to wait several years and to
also help the families and spouses of people with ADHD for both Adults, Teens and
Children. We aim to get ADHD sufferers diagnosis of their disability and then help guide
them into a shared care scheme between our team of doctors and the NHS/GP Surgery
so that we can minimize costs of medication and treatment and also keep a successful
relationship and help that is needed to support recent diagnosed patients to a path of a
more stable and secure life.

Keys to Success
NHS Funding/Support
Government Grants
Charitable Donations
Medical Staff on Board (Willing to Partner/Help)
So far, Ive managed to gain acknowledgment towards funding the charity for the first
year, only a small 10,000 donation which will be used to pay for diagnosis and
treatment of patients who suffer from ADHD.
My next step is speaking to a private doctor who is an associate of mine in order to gain
affiliation between the NSASD and the Private doctor who will be paid to diagnose the
patients. The main key to success is that we can spread awareness of ADHD as a Mental
Disability and help those who suffer the daunting questions; who am I?, why am I
different?, what is wrong with me?, why wont anyone help me!. All questions Ive
asked and know many other ADHD people have also asked. By doing this Ill be gaining
GP Surgeries across the Southern region of the UK and setting up a Shared Care
Scheme where the Private Doctor will continue treatment and the GP Surgery will
prescribe the medication on the NHS, minimizing costs of treatment and maximizing
help for ADHD sufferers.

Management
As a person who suffers from ADHD and have only Recently been diagnosed with the
condition, I believe my struggle alone to get this far is more than enough experience
needed to help others not fall into the same pit that I did. I will manage the charity by
speaking to potential ADHD sufferers and ruling out any candidates who have a large
possibility to not have ADHD, I will then put forward the ADHD Sufferer to have an initial
assessment with a Private doctor, If the Private doctor thinks the patient has ADHD we
will set up a second assessment where the ADHD Sufferer will gain their final diagnosis
and start treatment.

I will also reach out to other social groups/communities and professionals for help and
affiliation with everything that will need to be done.

Financial Management
As mentioned above, as a non-profit organization I will rely solely on the help from the
NHS and Government, plus Charitable donations which will be held regularly to attain
more income for support towards the individuals who seek our help.
