Conclusion:
The results of this lab show that the fork was able to pick up more of the
prey compared to the knife and spoon. In this lab there was a lot of variation
because there was the fork that had pointed edges, a spoon with a round edge
and a knife with a sharp edge. During this lab we got to experience survival
of the fittest, because we all had to experience a change in the environment
where we had to use different utensils to pick up pasta. With the pasta, there
was adaptive value because since we were in grass the green pasta was able
to camouflage itself so we couldnt see it as easy as the other colors so it was
able to survive. With this lab, and with the results we can see that people
have inheritable characteristics so we can adapt to our environment. If a
change in the environment occur and there is straw rather than grass, the
results would change because the green pasta would be easier to see rather
then the orange.
