yesterday. What did you do

yesterday?
I ask students about what they
know about the word Artistic.
Then I elicit guesses from
students.
Then I draw a mind map on the
board, and then fill in it with
students suggestions. I read the
dialogue for students and ask
them to make sure of which of the
guesses are correct. Meanwhile, I
pre-teach some vocabulary items
that seem difficult for students,
namely musicals, assistance, to
book, etc
I ask Ss. re-read the dialogue,
while I am drawing the chart they
have on P. 45 on the board.
I ask Ss. to come up with
expressions that correspond to
the chart.
I ask Ss. to work in pairs and
complete the dialogue with the
right
expressions
of
Likes,
Dislikes and Inviting.
I ask students to work in pairs and
write a short dialogue about their
Likes & Dislikes, and present it
before their classmates.
