STUFFED POTATO BOMBS

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
40 g bacon
2 eggs (For egg wash)
Salt & pepper to taste
75 g bread crumbs
75 g plain flour
40 g firm cheese (e.g. cheddar or gruyere)
Oil for shallow frying

Method
1. Cook potatoes until soft then mash and season to taste,
allow them to cool.
2. Whilst the potatoes are cooling, fry up the bacon in a pan
until crispy.
3. Set up the stations to build the potato bombs: 1 st flour, 2nd
eggs, 3rd bread crumbs
4. Build the bombs by rolling mash in palm of hand and making
an indentation. Continue by filling the potato with a little
cheese and bacon, then close with more mash. Make until
mixture is finished.
5. Dip the stuffed potato balls into the stations: 1. Flour, 2.
Eggs, 3. Bread crumbs
6. Lightly fry until exterior is golden and then theyll be ready to
enjoy!

TIP: Feel free to use whatever ingredients for the filling that
your heart desires
