Insurance:100% brand new when leaving factory. We guarantee quality of the machines
for a period of one year from the date of trial run finish, if any parts (exclude easily
damageable parts) are found defective in quality in the first year, we should replace freeof-cost. After one year, parts can be replaced on favorable payment basis.

Installation:The Seller will send technical engineers to the Buyers site for installation and
debugging machines. Expenses abroad should be paid by the buyer, include air tickets,
hotel, restaurant and $50USD salary per day for each technical engineer.

T/T L/C
Terms of Payment:After signed the contract, the buyer should pay the 30% of total
amount in advance-T/T and 70% of total amount should be paid before goods leave factory
by T/T or L/C .
