1st. Leonardo Da Vinci
Why? I think that he was the best at art because of his style. You can tell his passion for each of
his works, and I think that they are the best executed.
2nd. Peter Paul Rubens
Why? I think that he was second best because I love his style. He was detailed and his works
looked realistic.
3rd. Rembrandt
Why? I really like his paintings. They are very realistic and pretty. You could tell he spent his
time on all of them and looked out for the details.
4th. Michelangelo
Why? Hes down on the bottom of my list just because he didnt complete a lot of his works. At
least it looks that way.
5th. Albrecht Durer

just represented what they were trying to paint or draw in a better way.

Early Drawings
Late work
How are the early drawings and how is the late work. Compare the two citing examples from
what you saw.

The early drawings were very realistic looking. On the other hand his later works were very
unrealistic looking, they looked very cartoonish and morphed.
Find a quote from Picasso that might reveal why he changed his style.
A picture is not thought out and settled beforehand. While it is being done it
changes as one's thoughts change. -Picasso (Found on w

Picasso at the beginning of his art did what was considered normal and painted
what he saw. But then later in his life he decided to paint what he felt and his later
