companies Ordinance 1984.In Pakistan, many of the organizations or companies are
unregistered due to which stock exchange commission of Pakistan declared them
illegal .Each and every company should be registered under SECP so companies
should be under the record of SECP and operative legally in Pakistan. Registration is
necessary so each and every product of the company should be registered under
SECP. There is one huge disadvantage of unregistration of your company, if your
company become famous in the market and someone establish new company by
same name and register his company under SECP, so that person has legal rights to
file case against you in a court that you has a company by same name .This point
