1. Shareholding Pattern as on date
2. Past five year's annual accounts of the company.
3. Profile of Board of Directors
4. Copy of Draft Prospectus
5. Brief note on operations of promoter and group companies. Annual report (with financials) for each of
the companies for the last three years
Project Related Information
1. Copy of detailed power project report and project information memorandum outlining project and its
financing details.
2. A copy of the latest lender engineers report
3. Owners Engineer report for the project
4. Name of Project along with river on which being executed.
5. Copies of MOU/implementation agreement signed with the government.
6. Copies of all statutory clearances received for the project.
7. Approvals received for the project till date (along with the date when they were received); Pending
Approvals and status of the same--list
8. Copy of Bank sanction letter
9. A copy of MOU and implementation agreement signed by the project developers, if any.
10. Latest estimated project cost and project cost envisaged at the commencement of execution and reasons
for escalation if any. Break-up of project cost into constituent items- Turbine Generator set, hydromechanical contract, civil construction contract, Interest during Construction, Pre-operative expenses,
Contingency Reserve. Please indicate which contracts are fixed cost and which are variable cost
contracts. How much cost is denominated in foreign currency and how much in local.
11. Latest progress chart and deviations, if any vis-a-vis budgeted time and reasons for the same.
12. Expected capital cost and variance wrt initial estimated date of completion along with reasons for the
same.
13. Expected date of commissioning and variance wrt initial estimated date of completion along with
reasons for the same.
14. Copy of Power Purchase Agreement signed.
15. Details of equipment suppliers and civil contractors- Major packages along with nature of costing (ie
fixed price v/s cost escalation clauses). Copy of major contracts.
16. Power transmission line: [1] Copy of the power transmission agreement. Details of
implementation agencies such as technical consultants, EPC contractor, equipment supplier, civil work
contractor etc. and the status of the clearance, right of way and physical progress on power
transmission line. Breakup of the project costs and funding details, status of financial closure and
costs incurred for transmission project. [2] Also provide requisite approvals such as open access
etc/copy of power transmission agreement applicable for the power to be sold on short term basis.
17. Operations &Maintenance: Details of the O&M contractor. Copy of the O&M contract.
18. Latest auditor certificate on the cost incurred for the project till now along with the source of funds
infused (debt/equity).
19. Status of transmission line.
20. Effect on project due to recent earthquake 2015.

Financial Information
1. Bank wise quantum of the facility tied up for the debt component of the project costs.-summary
with cost & terms details
2. Project funding mix. Debt equity ratio. How much equity has already been brought in and how much is
yet to be brought in and plans for the same.
3. Financial projections for the first 15 years of operations (in soft copy) along with underlying assumptions.
Detailed financial projections for the entire tenure of the instrument, including P&L account, Balance
Sheet, Cash flows and detailed assumptions. Assumptions should include
- Availability factor/Capacity Index
- Units generated and sold.
- Tariff assumptions, along with breakup into various components such as O&M charges,
interest on Term Loans, interest on Working Capital loans, forex variations, depreciation, advance
depreciation, Return on Equity, incentives, tax etc. Basis for computation for each.
- Cost assumptions including O&M expenses, interest, depreciation, tax etc. - Year-wise loan
repayments-principal and interest.

Contract Details
1. Name and contact numbers of two main bankers.
2. Name and contact number of lead merchant bank/issue arranger.
3. Name and contact numbers of auditor.
