2. BID qualification (department wise):

For contractors

i) Must have district labor office license no. and fulfill the all terms and
conditions of the government statutory body.

A statutory body / committee (of MISL) to be formed for selection of


contractors for working in MISL with (MISL license No.) according to
certain terms and conditions of the company.
Provision for disqualification of MISL license No.
Screening of past records of contractors with proper documentary
proof.
Gradation of contractors (as per MISL license No. with respect to
amount).
Minimum working exposure (as a mechanical maintenance) of 07
(seven) years in repute Iron / steel / cement industry.
Well equipped with tools & tackles for working in their respective
area.
Able to follow the Safety standards of MISL with prior to man,
machine & material.
Able to handle any emergency / breakdown.
Should be available on 24x7 / 365.
Provision of penalty clause with respect to time and man power
available.
For workers

i) Mode of selection through the committee formed by the company (MISL).


ii)
Should not be a minor.
iii)
Must have a min. qualification / work experience with respect to post /
position / category.
iv)
Screening of certificates.
v)
Should not have legal complications (like criminal / offensive back
ground).

Provision for rejection of the candidature (after selection).
vii)
A through medical check up as per the statutory body requirement.
viii) Provision of disciplinary action if found guilty.
ix)
Preference may be given to those persons, where the candidate will
attend any specialized training, award certificate, special contribution
to any job.

3. Contractors profit as per rationalized labor :

Min. 10 % of total cost of manpower


in respective area.
