Manslaughter: (against a person)


the killing of a person without malice aforethought but with either the intention to commit an unl
awful act that leads toan unintended death, or with an otherwise murderous intent that is extenu
ated by some partial defense, such asacting under the influence of an extreme emotional disturb
ance occasioned by a substantial provocation on the part ofthe victim.

diate and unlawful violence. Rape or attempted rape.

the unlawful and unwanted touching or striking of one person by another, with the intention of br

Unlawful beating or wounding of a person or mere touching in a hostile or offensive manner.

depriving the owner; theft.

The crime of intentionally and illegally setting fire to a building or other structure.

To make an imitation or copy of (something), usually with the intent to defraud.
