The 10 Rules and 1 Clause

This Roommate Agreement is made by Alexandre Juste and Leo Liu. The
Roommates are co-tenants in the apartment located at 1155 The High St
Coquitlam, BC V3B 7W4.
Terms of Agreements:
1. If you buy something, you make the rules for it.
2. Always knock to the doors before entering a room.
3. Do not drink or eat anything without permission unless it is yours.
4. Take turns each Fridays to clean the apartment.
5. Tell your roommates before bringing friends.
6. Do not make too much noise.
7. Do not go in the other roommates sitting spots.
8. Take turn every day to wash the dishes.
9. Do not go to the other roommates assigned bathroom.
10.Pay your own groceries.

Agreement is complete and binding. All preliminary negotiations by the

Roommates are merged into, and superseded by, the terms of the Agreement.
Any modification to this Agreement must be in writing, signed by all the
Roommates.
We, the Undersigned Alexandre Juste and Leo Liu, agree to the above stated
terms.
