It is often necessary to make


decisions without consulting
others due to time pressures
upon the task at hand.

I do somewhat agree with the results. I am a leader that likes to take


control but I also think its very important to include the members on the
team. I believe that having other members on the team involved in ideas,
tasks, decisions ect is important. I like to listen to what other members
put out eiether if I agree or disagree. I believe that a team is a family so
everyone deserves the same respect.
I like to have the entire team contributing to the team because I believe that
everyone has a skill that can be valueable to a task, even when that task at
hand itnt in their category of expertise. I am a person who is a perfectionist
so I like things to be done to the best of their capability. I am also a very
organized person so i like to have everything managed and organized. I
want my members to feel safe, secure, happy, motivated and in control.
Even though I may be the leader I want my members to feel like that they
can take control and be charge of a situation as well as me.
