1. Jobs performed during internship period:
a) At CSD department.
Opening & closing an account.
Issuing, printing and acknowledging cheque books.
Printing pass sheet of customer account.
Maintaining customer account.
Requesting and issuing ATM card.
Requesting and verifying SMS, mobile banking and internet banking service.
b) At ECC department.
Mostly Overall work of ECC department.
2. Major strengths of the Branch in CS:
a. Sincere, polite and friendliness of employees at workplace.
b. Coordination of workforce and the various activities for smooth operation of the bank

4. Scope of improvement in CS at the Bank:

(a) Customers are always the King, so they are to be treated properly and their problems
should be cared with due attention.
(b) Although being honest I seem that there is lack of one staff in CSD department which is
fulfilled by internee at the bank but if bank can fulfill the gap space by its permanent staff it will
increase the customer satisfaction in long term.
(c) In order to increase the banking transaction thamel branch should also start the overall DMAT
process by the branch itself. I think the DMAT transaction and general account transaction are
inversely related with each other.
5. Complaints/ dissatisfaction lodged by the customer, if any, during the period of internship:
On my behalf of my internship period I have encountered the problems related to delay in ATM
distribution and incomplete process of DMAT.

6. General Comments on overall experience as an intern in the branch:

Its my honor to be a part of EBL thamel branch as an internee where I can match my
theoretical knowledge with real working environment. I am heartly thankful to all the employees
of this branch who believe in me and let me do their essential work. This opportunity cannot be
fulfilled by any other banks and branches.
