Derive the shape functions in terms of natural coordinate system for an eight
noded quadrilateral element.
An isoparametric quadrilateral element (Q4) has nodal coordinates in the
Cartesian coordinate system as follows: (2, 1), (8, 4), (6, 6) and (3, 5). The
Cartesian coordinates of the point P inside the element are (6, 4). If the nodal
displacements vector Q is given as [0 0 0.2 0 0.15 0.10 0 0.05]T, find the u, v
displacements of the point P.
