I was fit into the LAISSEZ Faire style of leadership. I think this is me mostly because if I was a
leader in a group, I probably wouldnt do much leading. Although it does say there isnt much
control in the leader. The leader does lead the group, but then the team goes and makes their
own decisions.
Having this kind of style of leading can be good and bad. You do need a lot of trust in your team
because you dont do a lot of leading. It is also very bad in terms of competitive situations, and it
is often less effective in quality and productivity. I still think that this is my kind of leading style. I
dont do too well as a leader.
