Complainants each gave statements indicating disorderly conduct by the suspect. Attempted to speak with suspect, but he told me to leave his property. See full report below. After animal control made contact with suspect, complainant made additional complaint to me regarding disorderly conduct and harassment from the suspect in retaliation. Complainant stated his wife, two children and 6 daycare kids ages 3 and under were in the driveway when Suspect approached, He stated the suspect threatened his wife, his son, then called them all assholes while Standing in the cul-de-sac in front oftheir home, While | was speaking with the comp, he informed me that the suspect drove by as we were speaking and put up the middle finger of his let hand at him. Comp sai that they have had on-going harassment type issues with the suspect and his dogs as a result of operating a home daycare facilty. He sald suspect's dogs repeatedly come into his yard when daycare parents and kids arrive, barking and growling at the guests as the children are dropped off. He said they have tried to tak to suspect in the past to mediate the situation, but that he no longer feels comfortable due to elevated language and behavior. {made contact with victim Robin Martin, who stated suspect called her a crazy lady and a stupid bitch. She stated she was very upset because of the kids being present and ran into the house to notify her husband. 1 ‘spoke with juvenile victim Grace Martin, who also cited suspect calling her mother a orazy lady and a stupid bitch. In addition, she stated, "if any of you assholes ever call the police on me again, Il raise holy hell.” The third victim, juvenile Joseph Martin, stated suspect said, "f you ever come near my property you lle son of a bitch, | will press charges against you for trespassing,” All three victims stated suspect appeared irate during the contact, pacing and pointing at them while speaking in an elevated tone. He stated he recently called child protection due to safely concerns for the children. 1 asked him about giving the alleged hand gesture and he stated, "I waved at them, they can see it however they want.” ‘When | attempted to give details regarding the allegations made on his verbiage, suspect told me he didn't have to listen to me. | advised him if he would not allow me to question him regarding the specifics, | would have "no choice but to charge him with disorderly conduct based on their allegations. He stated, "Go ahead, i's their word against mine and you can't prove anything.” | told him | would mail him a citation for disorderly conduct and hhe would have the opportunity to give his side in court. He responded with, "Tm not going to show up for court, this is bullshit." He then said, "You guys can fuck off and get off my property.” Suspect approached us two additional times, each time arguing that we couldn't take their word over his. After each, he told us he didn't have to talk to us about their allegations. We left without further words or altercation. Martin stated he had 2 question concerning a neighbor's dog and how he could handle the problem. Martin stated he had a neighbor who lives at 19675 Ireland Place who owns 3-4 that constantly come into his yard and defecate. He also stated the dogs will aggressively approach the children in his yard. Martin stated he and his wife run a daycare at their home and are very concerned for the children they care for. | advised Martin | could go to the residence and try and talk to the dog owner. Martin stated he has mailed the dog owner a letter but it did no good. | asked Martin if he would like me to go to the residence and speak to the dog owner and he stated "Yes, but does he have to know who called’. | advised him *no", he then stated “good ‘we don't want him to know it was us, he is hard to deal with", | went to the residence of 19675 Ireland Place and began to speak with the dog owner identified as Rucki, David Vietor, DOB 2/3/1963. As soon as Rucki came outside he tried to intimidate me. | introduced myself and stated “lam here because of a complaint on your dogs.” Rucki got very close to me and said "there is NO complaint ‘on my dogs", and from that point on ! was unable to say another word.
