Assistant Manager

The assistant manager is in charge of ensuring everything in the shop is

running as it should be. He is responsible for the following occurrence:

Maintains a daily record of jobs printed, and stores related materials on

file and in computer files
provides customer service and obtains customer approval for any
given job
Set up meetings and seminars
Must see to it that the company is complying with the BIR
requirements and with that of the municipal ordinance
Performs other duties as assigned by manager

Production Supervisor
He supervises the production workers and check production output
according to specifications. Organize workflow and by assigning
responsibilities and preparing schedules, ensuring the safe use of
equipments and schedule regular maintenance. He also finalized the edited
design before it proceeds in printing.

Artist
The artist is the one who responsible for the graphic design and use
their technical and computer skills to ensure that the product meets the
customers expectations. He is typically the last person to touch the project
before it is published.
Production Workers
The production workers are responsible for the following matters:

Operate and maintain the best Digital to Garment, DTG and sticker
printing machines in the shop

Troubleshoot any printing machine mechanical and/or software issues

that can arise

Picking, verifying, folding, packing and shipping garments and stickers

with speed and accuracy.

Doing other warehouse duties such as stocking and inventory

maintenance

Maintain a clean, safe work area

General building management and maintenance duties

Receiving and breaking down shipments

Maintenance
Maintenance personnel are responsible for the cleanliness of the
equipment and the workplace area. They maintain systems and equipment
by completing preventive maintenance schedules.
Sales Supervisor
The sales supervisor communicates with all sales agents in order to
receive their comments/suggestions.

Sales Representative
They are the one who represents and promotes the product to the
potential customers.
Delivery Boy
The delivery boy is responsible to deliver the finished products to the
customers location. He also collects the payments.
Driver
The driver is responsible to accompany the delivery boy to the
designated location of the customer. He also conducts inspections of vehicle
before departing to deliver the products.
Office Supervisor
He develops implements and revises work methods and procedures.
He also recommends departmental policy development and revision to
supervisor; updates related departmental manuals.

Accountant
He is responsible for preparing the financial aspects of the firm.
Clerk
He is the one who do the basic tasks in the office.
