(1) Find the area of the portion of the paraboloid x = 4y 2 z 2 that lies above the ring 1 y 2 +z 2 4
in the yz-plane.
(2) Integrate g(x, y, z) = y + z over the surface of the wedge in the first octant bounded by the
coordinate planes x = 2 and y + z = 1.
(3) Integrate g(x, y, z) = x + y + z over the portion of the plane 2x + 2y + z = 2 that lies in the first
octant.
(4) Use a parameterization to express the area of the surface as a double integral:
(a) The portion of the plane z = x inside the cylinder x2 + y 2 = 4.
(b) The portion of the cylinder x2 + y 2 = 1 between the planes z = 1 and z = 4.
(5) Integrate the function G(x, y, z) over the surface S, where
