Note:
These are the directions for disassembling the base unit. Before
disassembly, make sure the machine is powered off.

For any parts you disassembled, please read the guide reversely to
assemble them.
Please keep the screws and dont mix them with each other.

You will need a medium size + screwdriver.

FRU list
DP6600 contains a lot of parts. However, well not replace each single part. Instead, we replace some
combinations of them. We call them Field Replaceable Units or FRUs.
Please note that the name of the FRU might be not exactly the same with service manual. However, the
part number is exactly the same and part number is the only criteria when we talk about parts.

Disassembly Map
According to the map, if you want to get keyboard out, you dont need to disassemble the covers.
However, if you want to take CPU board out, youll need to disassembly top cover, power
connecting board and rear cover, and then you can disassemble CPU board.

Removing the top cover

Step1: remove the cable hook
Step2: remove the top cover:

Disassemble the four rubber caps and four screws, and then you can remove the cover.

Removing the power connecting board

Disassemble ten screws and disconnect the power cable for fan as shown in following picture:
Disconnect the power cable, and then take out the cabinet tail board

Removing the rear cover

Disconnect the USB cables,
Disassemble the cable hook holder,

Disassemble the nine screws:
And disconnect the power cable for fan:

Then remove the rear cover.

Removing the power supply board

Now you can take out the power box
Disassemble the 6 screws on two sides of the box

Then you can get the power supply board

Removing the CPU board and probe board

Step1: take out the CPU board and probe board
Disassemble six screws on the left side
One screw on the right

Step2: separate the CPU board and probe board

Disconnect the cables

Remove all the screws on two sides and on the plate

Step1: disassemble the keyboard assembly
Remove the rubber caps and two screws
