    Mayors; Provincial, City and Municipal Treasurers; COA Managers Concerned
    and All COA Regional Directors; the Auditor, Metropolitan Manila Commission,
    and Provincial and City Auditors; and Others Concerned.
    Prescribing Sub-Accounts for use in the Local Government Units.

    For purposes of uniformity, and to facilitate analysis of the trial balances, the following
    sub-accounts are hereby prescribed for use in the local government units:
    1. For Account 8-70-300, CASH - OTHER BANKS:
    8-70-301 - PNB Branch
    8-70-302 - PNB Head Office, Manila
    8-70-303 - Time Deposit
    8-70-304 - Others
    2. For Account 8-71-200, RECEIVABLES - LOCAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES:
    8-71-201 - Provincial/City Governments
    8-71-202 - Municipal Governments
    8-71-203 - Barangay Governments
    8-71-204 - Other Funds
    3. For Account 8-81-200, PAYABLES -LOCAL GOVERNMENTS:
    8-81-201 - Provincial/City Governments
    8-81-202 - Municipal Governments
    8-81-203 - Barangay Governments
    8-81-204 - Other Funds
    4. For Account 8-84-200,TRUST LIABILITIES-LOCAL GOVERNMENTS:
    8-84-201 - Provincial/City Governments
    8-84-202 - Municipal Governments
    8-84-203 - Barangay Governments
    8-84-204 - Other Funds
    This Circular which shall take effect immediately, amends or modifies all previous
    circulars on the matter.
