Elisabeth completed her blocking placement in my kindergarten class for the fall 2012 semester. Through all of my contacts with her, I havefound her to be reliable, creative, enthusiastic, and sincere about any task she pursues. Elisabeth is an excellent candidate for employment within your schoo! system, her devotion to and ‘concern for each student is remarkable. During her time here at Kipps in kindergarten she has assisted with all routines, has run small group learning centers, assisted with planning, and has effectively delivered whole group instruction. Elisabeth was always eager to take on any task assigned to her. She built a great rapport with all of the students andwas able to quickly assess the student's needs and develop individual plans to meet those needs. Uhave truly enjoyed working with Elisabeth and she was a vital member of the classroom. She was very dependable and I was so impressed with her abilities. Elisabeth was wonderful with the children and displayed the demeanor of a veteran teacher.
