Fall 2016: Key things to know about Tutorial Test

#2
This is a closed book test with non-programmable Type 2 calculators allowed.
Students will be permitted to bring in one regular 8.5x11 printed
or handwritten aid sheet, both sides permitted to be used. Use this
link for the Faculty aid sheet template which you can print out at home.

This will be the same for the final exam. The test will start at 6:15 pm on
Tuesday the 15th of November and will be finished by 7:45 pm (1 hr 30 mins).
This test will be in two equally weighted parts, with the first part (Part A)
having largely factual questions requiring multiple choice answers. Part B
will require written (interpretive) and calculation answers. Part B will be
returned in tutorial and will include a one mark no hassles bonus for
including your name in addition to the 13 available marks. If you choose to
query a mark after the test this will potentially be lost (except for errors in
pure addition). Part A will NOT be returned. Answers to both parts will be
posted. Note that of the two tests Test 1 and Test 2, for CIV300 three of the
four best parts will form your final score for the test component.
ENV346 students will ONLY sit part A of test #2 and their carry through will
be the best two from three parts across the two mid terms. You will have the
full time allocation to complete part A.
You will be provided with a copy of the psychrometric chart during the test
and so are not required to include with your aid sheet.
