IN THE MATTER OF THE DEADLINE FOR FILING WRITTEN REQUESTS 4) TO Ph PARTICIPATE IN THE LOCAL SOURCE CODE REVIEW UNDER COMELEC RESOLUTION NO. 9987 This pertains to the Memorandum dated September 18, 2015 of Commissioner Luie Tito F. Guia relative to the deadline for filing of written requests to patliipate in the local source code review under COMELEC Resglution No. 9987. The Memorandum of Gommissioner Guia reads: “Uncersigned recommends thal the Commission move the deadline for the filiy of witten requests from 22 September 2015 to 30 September 2015 This recommendation would afford interested parties and groups more time to plan their participation m {he focal source code review. For your Honor's consideration.” The Commission RESOLVED, as it hereby RESOLVES, to approve the foregoing recommendation of Commissioner Luie Tito F, Guia to move the deadline for the filing of written requests of interested parties or groups to participate in the local source code review of the Automated Elections System for the May 9,
