I work as an editor for the afternoon and evening broadcasts Thursday through Sunday. On Thursday and Friday, I assist
our lead editor in six different news programs of varying lengths. On Saturday and Sunday, I act as lead editor,
overseeing another employee while editing three programs of varying lengths. I also assist in the tuning in of remote
shots over cell towers and satellite dishes.
Major Accomplishments
I was originally hired to work in studio production, but was fast tracked to become an editor just a few
months after being hired.

Post Production Student

Arizona Public Media, Tucson, AZ

I worked primarily as an editor. I was charged with creatively editing down short video docs as well as insuring high
quality color correction and audio mixing. I also acted as a videographer when needed.
Major Accomplishments
A piece I shot and edited aired up in Phoenix on Eight, Arizona PBS.

I worked as a grip (assisting in audio and lighting setup) on location for both Arizona Illustrated and Arizona Week. I also
acted as a videographer for Arizona Public Medias student run property UA+.
Major Accomplishments
An Arizona Illustrated news piece I assisted on won three 2012 Rocky Mountain Emmys.
