Guanzon 15- 9793 * IN THE MATTER OF THE CONDUCT OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE TRANSFER OF POLLING PRECINCTS OF CERTAIN BARANGAYS TO THE MALLS IN CONNECTION WITH THE MAY 9, 2016 NATIONAL AND LOCAL ELECTIONS The Commission RESOLVED, as it hereby RESOLVES, to conduct public hearing on November 27, 2015, Friday, 10:00 A.M. at the Project Management Office, Ground Floor, Palacio del Gobernador Bldg., Intramuros, Manila, on the transfer of polling precincts of certain barangays to the mails in connection with the May 9, 2016 National and Local Elections Let the Education and Information Department publish this Resolution in two (2) newspapers of general circulation, and give this Resolution the widest dissemination possible so that all stakeholders and any interested party can attend the public hearing. The Complete list of barangays to be transferred to the identified public malls which may be considered as Accessible Polling Places (APs) shall be posted at the official COMELEC website.
