REQUESTING FOR DIRECT ACCESS TO THE TRANSPARENCY SERVER After due deliberation, the Commission RESOLVED, as it hereby RESOLVES, as follows: 1, To allow Rappler, Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas (KBP), Philippine Daily Inquirer, Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC), and TV5Page 2 of MR. No. 16-0300 Network Inc. access to the mirror server in connection with the electronically transmitted election results for the May 9, 2016 National and Local Elections; 2. That electronically transmitted results will provide individual precinct results. RESOLVED, moreover, that the Amendment to the Memorandum of Agreement with GMA Network signed by COMELEC Chairman J. Andres D. Bautista and GMA Network, Inc. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Felipe Z. Gozon providing the Mirror Server for the May 9, 2016 National and Local Elections is hereby ratified RESOLVED, finally, that there shall be equal treatment of all applications for access to the mirror server.
