Lesson 2: Sacred Geometry - The Genesis Pattern

This is the first official post of the Indigo School about sacred geometry. Sacred geometry is
something we will never, ever stop talking about. It is referred to as the architecture of the Universe.
It is one of the only subjects that appeals to both right and left brain. What appeals to the right brain
is usually creative, subjective and free-form. The left brain likes logical, objective things. Im going to
start this off by talking about the Genesis Pattern. If we start from the concept of how
nature/Spirit/God created life and how sacred geometry demonstrates this, it will be easier for you all
to understand. This is how I first learned about sacred geometry. (Most pictures borrowed from The

Sit down and drown out all of the sounds around you. Imagine quiet, still blackness all around you
going infinitely in all directions. This is what the beginning of time is described asan infinite void,
and in this void there was God (were going to say Spirit since I think that is more universal and is
the term used usually in this part of sacred geometry). Spirit is just floating in the blackness that
youre imagining. It has done nothing yet, no manifestations or creations. Spirit and the blackness
are one. There is no time, dimension, or space. Emptiness.
Spirit cannot fall, because where would you fall to in open, infinite void? Spirit cannot logically
experience any motion at all. That is, unless Spirit creates something to move relative to. Here is
Spirit in the void, represented by the Eye of Horus.

Since Spirit has two options, remain doing nothing in the void or create something, it creates
something.
Its said that if we are in a pitch black room and cannot see anything, we are able to project a
sensing beam from our third-eyes (this can also be done from the hands). When you project the
beam of consciousness into the dark room for a certain distance, you are able to feel what is and
isnt in the room. There are six of the sensing rays, and they all come from the pineal gland. One ray
comes from out of the front of our heads (at the third eye), and another goes out the back. One goes
out of the left and the other out of the right side of our brain. Then another goes straight up (through
the crown chakra) and the sixth goes straight down through our neck. These are the six directions.
Now, lets come back to Spirit.
Spirit shoots a beam of consciousness out into the void to the front, then to the back, then to the left,
right, then straight up and straight down. All six directions.

The next thing Spirit does is connect the ends of the projections. It forms a square around them.
After that, a beam is sent to the top and bottom, forming a pyramid on top and below. In 3D, this
forms an octahedron (one of the platonic solids).

Now Spirit has defined space. It can move outside of and around the octahedron. This is a purely
male shape, since in sacred geometry, straight lines are considered male. If you are open to
interpreting the Bible in different ways, maybe this is why a man, Adam, was created first by God.
Anything and everything Spirit does is flawless and without mistake, so keep that in mind. The
octahedron has three axes - front to back, left to right, and up and down. So Spirit spins the shape
around all three axes, and then a sphere is created around it. Curved lines, in sacred geometry, are
female. So, Spirit just took a purely male shape, the octahedron, and turned it into a female shape,
the sphere. Keeping up with the Bible interpretation: Eve was created from Adams rib, and the
sphere came from the octahedron. Think about this.

I want you all to keep in mind that the lines/beams of consciousness, the octahedron, and the sphere
are imaginary. The Void that Spirit is in is nothing, and so are the forms it creates. The lines are just
imaginary forms being created out of consciousness. So, this means that Reality itself is nothing.
(Hindus refer to Reality as maya, which means illusion.)
Back to Spirits two options: remain the way it is and sit there for all eternity, or do something. Spirit
now has a reference point, since it is sitting in the sphere. So, Spirit moves to what is newly created.
Spirit moves to the surface of the newly created sphere.

Back to Genesis comparisons: And the spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. See how
that relates? The sequence that follows is commonly referred to as the Genesis pattern, for these
reasons and more. The next thing in Genesis is God said, Let there be light, and there was light.
Keep this in mind.
Once Spirit gets to the surface, it creates a new octahedron, spins it through the three axes, and
creates a sphere identical to the first one. Now something spectacular has happened - Spirit has
formed a vesica piscis at the intersection of the two spheres!

The vesica piscis can be found many places inside and outside of us, but the most popular locations
are 1) the appearance of our eyes behind our eyelids, and 2) the lens inside our eyes. Remember
when I provided that second quote about God making light? The vesica piscis is light. Its the
geometric image through which light was created and through which our eyes are created (and our

eyes see light). The vesica piscis is the basic geometry of the electromagnetic field. You can see it
from three different views below.

Spirit projects another sphere, so now there are 3 spheres. Below you can see the relationship the 3
spheres make, which is the basic geometry of the star tetrahedron (the shape of the energy fields
around our bodies).

Heres another Bible reference. Spirits first motion is the first day: it produced the vesica piscis,
which is light. On the second motion/day, it made the basic geometry of the star tetrahedron. Lets
keep going.
Now, the only thing Spirit can do is move to the innermost point on the circle and project another
sphere. This is what Spirit always does from this point on. It moves around the equator of the original
sphere, it does it again. It keeps doing this until it makes a fourth sphere, and this 4th sphere
happens on the third metaphorical day. Spirit repeats creating a fifth sphere, and now it is the
fourth day of Genesis. Many Bibles cite the fourth day to be when exactly one half of creation was
completed. Remember that.

Spirit makes a sixth sphere on the fifth day of Genesis. Finally, on the sixth day, something major
happens: the seventh sphere forms the image below, which completes the half that we had on day
four. Those who are familiar with sacred geometry know that this pattern is called the Seed of Life.

Drunvalo Melchizedeks words, it is the living map of the creation of all Reality.
This is the beginning. We will dive much deeper into this very soon, since the Indigo Schools sacred
