Photocopy of 1 valid ID of Spouse with 3 specimen signature
If the spouse is outside the Philippines Special Power of Attorney (SPA) notarized prior to
the date of departure or duly certified and authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or
Consulate in the country where the applicant is staying

Loan Counseling is scheduled every Monday to Friday at 10:30am and 1:30pm
Make sure that your Pag-IBIG monthly contribution is updated.
If with existing Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL) or Calamity Loan, make sure to update your
payments prior to submission of your housing loan requirements.
