To Whom It May Concern;
I would like to inform that I, Norberto Espinosa Torrecampo, a party to
Administrative Case No. RAB 5 2006 402, appealed the said case to
the National Affiliate Board way back year 2007.
Since then, I have not heard of the status of my appeal or any development
thereof nor did I personally received any notice regarding the matter.
I now earnestly seek from your good office utmost consideration to please
enlighten me about the status of my appeal so that I may take the proper
and necessary legal action to protect my interests.
However, I cannot personally be present to attend to this legal matter
because I am currently working in Northern Samar. It would be burdensome
to travel back and forth because of financial constraints.
Thus, I authorize the bearer of this letter, Lourdes A. Badua, a resident of
30 N Matahimik St. Brgy. Malaya, Quezon City, to represent me before your
office and to inquire about the status of the said case as well as to request
any documents pertaining to this legal matter.
